By accessing and using Wetalka, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Credits and Payments

Wetalka operates on a credit-based system. Credits are a limited-use digital unit for consuming services inside the Wetalka platform. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

• Credits have no monetary value outside of the Wetalka platform
• Credits cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase

3. Billing and Refund Policy

All purchases of credits are final. Unused credits are non-refundable. We process payments securely. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information is accurate and complete
• You understand that purchases are non-refundable

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Wetalka in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or misuse the AI system
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wetalka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Wetalka after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
